We tried Manthi , fried rice and Shawarma. All were good . Shawarma and Fried rice were really good . They have only one toilet and it is not the best of all

This place is always bustling with people! One of the best restaurants in Kattapana . I’ve tried the chicken noodles, Alfaham Mandhi, chicken popcorn, and shawarma roll. The Kuzhi Mandhi and shawarma roll were absolutely the best, while the noodles didn’t quite hit the mark. On the plus side, they have parking slots available, which is a big convenience.

Stopped at this place on our way from Idduki to Thekkady.. Lovely place, foods well above average and borders on excellent. I had a beef biriyani and my partner had a Peri Peri Mandi.. She rates the Mandi as excellent esp their tomato chutney and their cooking of the chicken. My Biriyani had a very good meat to rice ratio..only downside is there was no pappadam. The service was very attentive kudos to our server Selsel and place is clean and efficient

We visited the restaurant last week while traveling through Kattappana. We were specifically looking for a place with good reviews and parking available. It was lunchtime and the restaurant was quite busy. We ordered Chicken Biryani, Peri Peri Chicken Mandi, and a variety of juices (Pineapple Juice, Fresh Lime, Mint Lime, and Pineapple Lime). The chicken in the Peri Peri Mandi was a bit dry but flavorful, with the right level of spice for Peri Peri. The biryani was decent, and the chicken was very tender. Personally, I didn’t prefer the masala in the biryani, but the kids enjoyed it. The juices were fresh and refreshing. Please note that all items, including the juices, had a longer-than-usual waiting time - likely due to the busy hours. A dedicated parking area is available on the opposite side of the road, which is convenient.
